End of Another Year

Wow. I can't believe 2009 is coming to a close. At the beginning of the year I did a recap of 2008, but this year I'm going to do something a bit different. I saw this on my friend Jen's blog, and it looks like fun so here goes!

1. What did you do in 2009 that you’d never done before?
I had surgery and general anesthesia. Not something I was hoping to have done, but I had it done nonetheless.

2. Did you keep your new year’s resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I don't think I made a new year's resolution...unless it was to keep the twins inside until March, which I did successfully. :-)

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Umm yeah. Me! Duh. And of course a ton of my bloggy friends (in alphabetical order by blog title): Lisa, babysmiling, Peeveme, Chicklet, FET Accompli (through a surrogate), Bean, A, Sushilover, fuentes, Sara, Teresa, Melanie (adopted), Katie, Mermaid, Sharon (adopted), Christina, The Dorns, Annie, G, Chelle, Shauna, Sherry, The Captain's Wife, Rebecca, Molly, Jenn, Jamie, Nancy, Jenni, Carrie, and Marie.

"Twinkle, twinkle little star. How I wonder what you are. Up above the world so high, like a diamond in the sky. Twinkle, twinkle little star. How I wonder what you are." It's either that or the ABC's...

HAPPY NEW YEAR ALL!! I hope that all of my friends out there who haven't gotten pregnant yet do that this year. And I hope that all of my friends who are finally pregnant now have healthy full-term babies next year.
