They would have to train you anyway, because even with X amount of on the job experience as an L&D nurse, protocols and the like would be different from hospital to hospital. I am pretty surprised you are having such an issue finding a position; While healthcare in general is harder to get a job in due to budget/staffing cutbacks and over-saturated fields, I am on the east coast and still see and fairly regular turnover of clinical staff on L&D, Mother/Baby, and NICU.Charlottehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08987444437659867827noreply@blogger.com
